Per transaction
The maximum amount allowed in one in-store deposit. Each barcode represents a single transaction and cannot exceed this amount.
To keep in-store cash deposits secure and compliant, Crypto Dispensers applies clear cash deposit limits. These limits define how much cash you can deposit per transaction, as well as your daily, weekly, and monthly cash deposit limits. You’ll also see when deposit limits reset — so you know exactly what to expect before making a cash deposit at the register.
Deposit limits progress across time. Each stage controls how much cash can move through the system — from a single transaction to an entire month.

Caps the total amount deposited across all transactions within a single calendar day. Multiple deposits are allowed within this range.
Tracks deposits across a rolling seven-day period to prevent daily deposits from being chained together.
Defines the maximum amount that can be deposited over a full month. Deposits pause until the monthly reset once reached.
Deposits move forward only when every stage is available. If one stage is unavailable, the system waits — it does not fail.
Deposit limits are not permanent. Each limit resets on a predictable schedule. Understanding when resets happen helps you plan deposits and avoid confusion at the store.
Daily deposit limits reset once every calendar day. Any unused daily amount does not roll over to the next day.
Weekly limits track your total deposits across a rolling seven-day period. As older deposits fall outside this window, available limit is restored.
Monthly deposit limits reset at the start of each new calendar month. Once reset, your full monthly allowance becomes available again.
Limits reset automatically. You do not need to contact support or visit a store to trigger a reset. If a deposit is unavailable, it means one or more limits have not yet reset.
Deposit limits behave like system states — not errors. If a deposit isn’t available, the system is simply enforcing timing rules that reset automatically.
When one or more limits are reached, the system pauses new barcode generation. This prevents starting a deposit that cannot be completed at the store.
What this means: Wait for the relevant limit to reset, then generate a new barcode.
In rare cases, limits may be reached between barcode creation and checkout. When this happens, the store cannot complete the transaction.
What this means: Do not hand over cash. Generate a new barcode after limits reset.
Limits apply in layers. Even if weekly or monthly capacity remains, daily limits must reset before deposits can continue.
What this means: Return after the daily reset to continue depositing.
Deposit limits are enforced at the account level. Multiple transactions, stores, or cashiers cannot be used to bypass limits.
What this means: Limits track totals automatically across all deposits.
