Your first swap
Before you begin: Have your legal name, email address, the crypto you want to exchange and a compatible receiving wallet ready.
Sign up with your legal name and email. Complete the identity checks shown in your account.
Select the crypto and network you are sending and the crypto and network you want to receive.
Check the rate, fees, quote expiry and destination wallet before you continue.
Send only the required asset and amount on the specified network. Track the exchange and delivery status.
Review whether your quote uses a fixed or floating rate, the amount expected after fees, and any network costs. Follow the current order instructions and quote expiry.

Exchange
Choose the crypto you want to exchange and the wallet where you want to receive it. Check the rate, fees, and network before confirming. Crypto Dispensers does not hold your assets while the exchange is carried out.
Choose the asset you hold and the supported asset you want to receive. For example, our Bitcoin-to-XRP exchange guide explains that pair. Check whether the pair and both networks are available for your account before sending.
Enter and carefully review the destination wallet for the asset you will receive, including any required memo or tag. If one asset is wrapped Bitcoin, read why wrapped Bitcoin needs a compatible wallet and network before choosing the receiving address.
Compare the net receiving amount after the disclosed costs, then check the rate type, expiry and deposit instructions. A fixed-rate offer has conditions and a deadline; a floating-rate offer can change with the market. Follow the terms of the offer shown for your order.
