Government impersonation
A caller threatens arrest, deportation, license loss, or penalties unless you buy crypto.
Scam prevention center
Government agencies, police, courts, utilities, banks, and Crypto Dispensers will not instruct you to buy Bitcoin to pay a fine, prevent arrest, protect an account, or move money to a so-called safe wallet.
Stop before you pay
Do not continue while another person is pressuring, coaching, threatening, or remotely controlling you.
If another person supplied the wallet, told you what to say, asked you to hide the real reason for the purchase, or says you must act immediately, stop and contact support before sending money. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally difficult or impossible to reverse after processing.
Common scam patterns
Scammers often combine urgency, secrecy, authority, emotional pressure, and a wallet they control.
A caller threatens arrest, deportation, license loss, or penalties unless you buy crypto.
Someone claims your device or account is compromised and requests remote access or a crypto payment.
A new relationship turns into an investment request, emergency, loan, or wallet transfer.
A platform shows artificial profits, promises guaranteed returns, or demands more money to unlock withdrawals.
A caller demands crypto to keep service on, release winnings, pay taxes, or resolve a debt.
Someone tells you to lie about the purpose, avoid support, split transactions, or ignore warnings.
What to do
You do not need to complete a transaction to prove your identity, protect money, or satisfy a legitimate government agency.
Hang up, close the chat, and remove remote-access software if another person is controlling your device.
Use a phone number or website you find independently—not the contact information the caller supplied.
Do not purchase crypto or send to a wallet controlled or supplied by someone else.
Contact Crypto Dispensers support and, if money was lost, report the incident promptly to the appropriate authorities.
