How can I get help, and which states are excluded?
Contact our team to discuss support for your purchase. Our wire service excludes Georgia, Nevada, New York and Washington. Bank cutoffs and banking holidays still affect funding, and account and purchase review are required.
Can I buy by wire without an exchange trading account?
Yes. We arrange the purchase and deliver Bitcoin to your confirmed wallet. You still need a Crypto Dispensers account and the required checks. Read buying Bitcoin without an exchange account to compare provider roles, custody and total cost.
Can U.S. customers use a joint, business or brokerage account?
Yes, subject to the required account checks and approved domestic USD wire instructions. Joint, business and brokerage accounts require review before funding. Our wire service excludes Georgia, Nevada, New York and Washington. Account eligibility and review still apply. Contact our team before sending money.
What is the minimum or maximum wire purchase?
We accept all wire purchase amounts, with no minimum or maximum. Your bank may set its own outgoing wire limit. Complete identity verification in your Crypto Dispensers account before purchasing.
What checks do I need to complete before sending a wire?
Follow the identity and account checks shown in your Crypto Dispensers account. Source-of-funds, wallet and video verification may be required for your request. Submit requested information through your secure account, and wait for the approved bank instructions before sending money. Our wire buying guide explains the request screens.
What fees will I pay?
Our service fee for a new wire purchase is 8% of the full wire amount at every purchase size and prior transaction volume. Your bank’s outgoing wire charge is separate, and other applicable quoted costs may apply. Review the fee explanation and calculator and expected costs before sending money. After funds arrive and review is complete, approve the final quote before we buy.
How long does it take to receive my Bitcoin?

When is my Bitcoin price confirmed?
Your final quote is presented after your funds arrive and your purchase is ready. You approve it before execution. The Bitcoin price is not locked when you start a request or send your wire.
Can I wire money directly to a Bitcoin wallet?
A bank wire sends dollars to the bank account in your approved purchase instructions, not to a Bitcoin address. After your funds arrive and review is complete, you approve the final price before we buy and send Bitcoin to your confirmed wallet. Check the wallet address and network before approval. What if I do not accept the final price?
If you cancel after we receive your wire, returning eligible funds can take up to 90 calendar days. Confirm any applicable return charges and your return deadline with our team before sending money. Contact us before approving the final Bitcoin price if you do not want to proceed.
What should I do if my wire is pending?
Check your bank’s status and your Crypto Dispensers request. Keep the send date, amount and payment reference. A bank send confirmation does not establish our receipt. Contact our team with your request reference and the status you see, and do not send a second wire to resolve an unmatched payment.
