Provider comparison

How to Compare Bitcoin Wire Transfer Providers

Compare the full purchase: dollars paid, Bitcoin delivered, price approval, bank requirements and the help available when a step is unclear.

Start with the outcome you want.

Before comparing providers, write down your intended dollar budget or net BTC target, your sending bank, your location and whether Bitcoin should reach your own wallet. Those details determine whether an offer is relevant to you.

Compare the same asset and network, similar quote times and the same destination outcome. An exchange balance and Bitcoin delivered to your wallet are different endpoints. Add any separate withdrawal step and its costs before comparing them.

Use this six-part comparison scorecard.

Mark each item confirmed, unclear or not suitable. Resolve critical unknowns before funding.
CategoryWhat to recordA useful question
Total costAll dollars paid and net BTC deliveredWhat will I pay in total, including separate bank and delivery charges?
Price confirmationApproval step, quote validity and expiryDoes funding lock the price, or do I approve a quote later?
Wallet deliveryCustody, network, address and any withdrawal holdDoes this quote deliver to my wallet or only credit an account?
Bank requirementsSupported wire type, account ownership and referencesWill my bank and this exact transfer method be accepted?
VerificationDocuments, outstanding review and supported locationWhat must be completed before instructions, purchase and delivery?
Support and recordsOfficial contact route, status updates and receiptsWho can explain a delay, and what confirms each completed step?

A score is only a way to organize questions. It is not a safety certification. A provider should still be independently verifiable, and you should understand its terms before sending money.

Compare net Bitcoin for the same cash outlay.

The useful calculation is total dollars paid ÷ net BTC delivered. Include separately paid bank fees. Use the BTC amount after any delivery deduction. Do not add a charge again if it is already included in that BTC amount.

Invented offers for teaching the calculation. Neither offer represents a named provider.
MeasureIllustrative offer AIllustrative offer B
Wire amount$10,000$10,000
Separate bank fee$25$25
Total cash outlay$10,025$10,025
Net BTC delivered0.09500000 BTC0.09400000 BTC
Effective cost per BTC$105,526.32$106,648.94

Under these invented figures, offer A delivers more Bitcoin for the same outlay. That conclusion says nothing about either provider’s actual availability, review, custody or support. Compare those conditions too.

Use our quote comparison calculator and the wire-fee guide to organize your own current quotes. Unknown fees should remain unknown, not silently become zero.

Check the exact product, not just the provider’s name.

Official terms show why broad fee claims can be misleading. These examples were checked October 14, 2026; your account, location and selected product may have different conditions.

Put our wire route through the same checks.

For Crypto Dispensers Bitcoin wire purchases, the service fee is 8% for wire amounts below $100,000 and 5% for amounts of $100,000 or more. It is deducted from the wire amount. Your bank’s outgoing charge is separate, and the final quote shows other applicable purchase or delivery costs.

We accept all wire purchase amounts, with no minimum or maximum. Your bank may impose its own limits; eligibility, verification and compliance review still apply. Send only from your own bank using verified instructions for the exact request.

  1. Prepare and verify

Submit your own authenticated request and complete the required account, bank, wallet and source-of-funds checks.

  2. Fund and review

Wait for instructions, initiate the wire, then wait for receipt, matching and required review.

  3. Approve and receive

Review the final price and net Bitcoin amount, approve the purchase, and check delivery to your selected verified wallet.

Sending the wire does not lock the price. See when your Bitcoin price is confirmed. Transactions usually process within 1–2 days, but reviews and banking or network conditions can extend that timing.

Guided support can explain the steps. It cannot make your purchase decision, control your bank account or approve the quote for you. Read what our support team helps you do.

Questions to settle before you send.

Is the cheapest advertised fee always the cheapest purchase?

No. Compare the actual purchase price, all applicable charges and net BTC delivered for the same total outlay. A fee percentage alone is incomplete.

Should I compare wire and ACH as the same bank payment?

No. They are different payment methods with different instructions and possible settlement or release conditions. Verify the selected route before sending.

What if a provider cannot confirm the final BTC amount yet?

Record it as an estimate. Ask when the executable quote becomes available, how long it remains valid, and what happens if you decline it.

What records should I keep?

Keep the request reference, verified wire instructions, bank receipt, approved purchase quote and delivery record. Store them privately; do not post account or wallet details in public reviews.

Bring a complete set of questions.

Ask each provider for the same information. If one offer leaves the price-approval step, fees or destination unclear, resolve that gap before treating the comparison as complete. Do not send a test wire to unverified instructions.
