Find your bank’s wire option, prepare the right details, and check the payment before sending. This guide covers Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo, with a checklist you can take to your bank.

A Bitcoin purchase wire begins with your purchase provider. At Crypto Dispensers, create your request, complete the required checks and wait for the bank instructions for that request. Then use your bank’s domestic wire service to send the dollars. The bank payment funds your purchase; it does not send Bitcoin.
This guide describes the banks’ general wire tools. It does not mean a bank endorses Crypto Dispensers or will approve every payment. Your account, recipient, amount and bank review determine whether a wire can be sent. If your bank declines the payment, ask why and contact our team before trying again.
Read our Bitcoin wire purchase steps and current fees before funding. Joint and business accounts are accepted after the required verification; see how to prepare those account details.
Your bank’s labels may differ from the provider’s instruction sheet. Check the meaning of each field instead of assuming that similarly named fields are interchangeable.
The recipient’s legal name and address exactly as provided for the purchase.
The receiving bank, wire routing number and recipient account number in the approved instructions.
The request reference in the field that reaches the recipient. A private bank memo may not travel with the payment.
The intended wire amount, any separate bank charge and the bank’s scheduled processing date.
This is a field map, not a bank form or usable payment instruction. Obtain account and routing details through your approved purchase request.
If your screen says ACH, external-account transfer, bill pay, Zelle or international wire, pause. Confirm the correct payment service before entering details. Never substitute a Bitcoin wallet address for a bank account number.
Chase’s published mobile setup starts in Pay & transfer, then Wires and global transfers. Complete any wire enrollment steps and choose the eligible checking account you intend to use. Review the current Chase wire instructions alongside your app.
Chase also offers banker-assisted wires. Its guide says to bring photo ID and a mobile phone to a branch appointment and notes that assisted wires may cost more. Ask the bank whether an appointment is needed for your intended payment.
A saved recipient is only a convenience. For a new Crypto Dispensers purchase, compare it with the instructions issued for that request before using it.
Bank of America’s mobile guide starts with Pay & Transfer, then Wire. Select the funding account and domestic recipient option. The bank also offers online banking and financial-center assistance. Follow its official domestic-wire demonstration for the current screens.
The bank’s demonstration specifically distinguishes the receiving bank’s wire routing number. Do not replace it with an ACH number you find elsewhere. If the bank asks for a detail your purchase instructions do not contain, contact our team before guessing.
See Bank of America’s wire options for available channels. Confirm your own account limit and fee in the bank’s current flow.
In Wells Fargo Online, the bank’s instructions say to open Transfer & Pay, then Wire Money. Add the recipient and review the funding account and amount. The bank requires a valid U.S. mobile number or secure ID device for digital wires. Read its current digital-wire guide.
At our October 14, 2026 review, Wells Fargo listed a $25 digital-wire fee and a $40 branch-wire fee, with possible account-based waivers and other fees. It listed 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time as the domestic digital-wire cutoff for typical same-business-day sending. Check the terms shown for your payment before relying on those details.
Digital limits vary by account, recipient and history. Wells Fargo directs customers to a branch for a wire over their digital limit. A branch visit does not guarantee approval. Bank sending time also does not promise same-day Bitcoin delivery.
0 of 6 preparation checks complete. This is not purchase approval.
These checks are a preparation aid. They do not submit a payment, validate bank details or approve your purchase.
At a branch, review the banker’s final entry before signing or authorizing. If anything changes, stop and confirm it through the official contact route. Our wire-instruction field guide explains the details, and our online-versus-branch guide helps you choose a channel.

Do not write passwords, full bank account numbers, identity-document numbers or wallet recovery phrases here. Follow the secure instructions for your actual request.
Save your bank’s confirmation, sent amount, date and payment reference. A scheduled or submitted wire is not the same as received funds. Ask the bank for the actual status if it is unclear, and contact our team with your purchase reference.
At Crypto Dispensers, you approve the final Bitcoin price after the funds arrive and the required review is complete. Sending the wire does not lock a price. Our service fee is 8% below $100,000 wired and 5% at $100,000 or more, applied to the full wire amount. Check any additional quote charges and your bank’s separate fee.
Use the wire cost calculator, timing guide and transfer troubleshooter when planning your next step.
