Start with the request in your account.

There is no universal document list for every Bitcoin purchase. At Crypto Dispensers, a request may include a government-issued ID, facial verification, proof of address or additional information. The payment method, location, purchase amount and review can affect what is needed.

For a wire purchase, use a bank account in your name and the instructions supplied for your current request. Our team may ask you to clarify the funding source or transaction details. Start on our Bitcoin wire transfer page before sending funds.

01

Your identity

Have accurate account details and any identity or address evidence requested.

02

Your funding account

Be ready to explain which account will send the wire and who owns it.

03

Your purchase

Keep the intended amount, purchase reference and current instructions together.

This preparation checklist describes possible requests. It is not a requirement to upload every document mentioned below.

Understand what a document is meant to show.

Different documents answer different questions
InformationWhat it helps establishWhat to check
IdentityThat the account information belongs to you.Follow the requested ID and facial-verification steps. Check that the details are accurate and the image is readable.
AddressYour current address when evidence is requested.Confirm which document types and dates are accepted for your request.
Account ownershipThe name associated with the funding account.Ask what evidence is needed if a statement or other ownership record is requested.
Funding sourceWhere the money for this purchase came from.Provide the records requested for the actual source. A balance alone may not explain a recent deposit.

A bank statement can help show an account owner or deposit. It does not automatically satisfy every identity or funding question. Ask which missing fact the reviewer needs before collecting extra files.

Prepare records that explain the funds.

If our team asks about the source of funds, give a straightforward explanation of how you obtained the money for this purchase. Follow the specific document request. Do not assume a document accepted by another provider will be accepted for this transaction.

Fictional preparation example

A transfer from savings

Jordan plans to fund a purchase from a personal checking account after moving money from savings. If asked about that deposit, the relevant records would need to connect the savings withdrawal with the checking deposit. Jordan first asks our team which records and date range to provide.

Jordan is fictional. This is not a customer record, approval or list of documents we will necessarily require.

Other situations, such as investment proceeds or a sale, may need a different explanation. A funding-source question concerns the money used for the purchase; a broader question about wealth concerns how assets were accumulated over time. Answer the question actually asked.

Make each file readable and share it through a verified channel.

  • Check that the requested name, date and relevant details are legible.
  • Include the pages or views requested. Avoid cutting off a document’s edges when that would remove required information.
  • Ask before redacting information. Do not alter facts or remove details needed for the review.
  • Open your genuine account or the official support center yourself before following upload instructions.
  • Keep passwords, login codes, private keys and wallet recovery phrases private.

Do not post identity documents in public chats, social media or a public contact-form comment. If a request is unclear, contact our team through the official verification guidance and confirm how the information should be supplied.

Confirm the next step before your bank sends the wire.

A completed identity check does not automatically approve a future transaction. Confirm whether your current request is ready for funding, whether anything remains outstanding and which instructions apply.

Keep the amount you intend to wire separate from your total cash budget. Your bank may charge separately, and purchase charges can reduce the dollars available for Bitcoin. The wire cost calculator helps you organize those amounts.

If the sending account is joint, belongs to a business, has a different name or is held by someone else, ask our team about eligibility before sending. Do not substitute another account to get around a review. See bank limits and purchase approval for the other checks to make.

Questions about purchase documents

Do I need every document on this page?

No. Follow the actual request for your account and purchase. This guide helps you prepare for possible questions.

Does submitting documents guarantee approval?

No. Submission allows the requested review to proceed. Eligibility, funding and transaction checks still apply.

Can I send the wire while documents are being reviewed?

Confirm the next step with our team first. Use only the current funding instructions and do not assume a pending review means the request is ready.

Should I upload my wallet recovery phrase?

No. Your recovery phrase and private keys are not identity documents. Keep them private; receiving Bitcoin does not require sharing them with our team.
