Service fees and quoted pricing
A service fee may be reflected in the quoted rate. Pricing can also include a spread, meaning a difference between the purchase rate and a market reference price. Check the actual amount paid and BTC received.

Know where the cost comes from
Not every charge applies to every transaction. Identify who is charging, what is included and what may be billed separately.
A service fee may be reflected in the quoted rate. Pricing can also include a spread, meaning a difference between the purchase rate and a market reference price. Check the actual amount paid and BTC received.
A register fee can be separate from the later Bitcoin purchase. A cash load with no Crypto Dispensers loading fee does not mean the retailer or the purchase is free. Keep both records.
Debit, credit, ACH and wire routes have different processing and settlement costs. Review the selected route and ask your bank or card issuer about any separate charges. A platform quote may not include an independently charged bank fee.
A purchase recorded in an account is different from a transfer on the Bitcoin blockchain. A network transfer can involve a fee. Review any delivery or withdrawal charge and whether it is included or separate. Network conditions can affect cost and timing.
A rate is not the whole cost. Review the current quote in your account. Do not assume a cash purchase rate also applies to a card, wire, sale or swap. Log in to review your pricing.
Before you confirm
A price shown earlier in your visit is not necessarily your final purchase price. Use the current confirmation screen for the transaction you are actually making.
Include any separate retailer, bank or card charge. Check whether each fee is already included before adding it again.
Compare the BTC you will receive, not only a percentage. Confirm whether it goes to an account balance or an external wallet.
Quotes may expire. Review a replacement quote if required. Payment settlement, compliance review and network confirmations are separate stages.

Look for these items in your actual transaction.

Straight answers
If a charge or a step is unclear, pause and ask before confirming. You do not need to guess.
Use the current quote and applicable account terms for your actual purchase. The rate can depend on the service, payment method and any eligible pricing tier. A percentage alone may not include a separate retailer, bank or transfer charge.
Crypto Dispensers does not charge for the cash loading step. The retailer or Green Dot may charge at the register. A later Bitcoin purchase is separate and has its own quoted pricing.
A purchase and a blockchain transfer are different events. Check whether the order credits a provider account or includes external delivery, and review any delivery or withdrawal fee. Do not assume every account entry is a separate network transaction.
A chart is a market reference, not necessarily an executable offer. The quote can reflect the payment route, service fees, a spread and current market conditions. Compare what you pay with the quantity you receive.
Quotes can expire, and a new quote can show a different rate. Funding, verification, provider processing and network conditions can affect timing. Review the latest screen rather than relying on an earlier estimate.
Do not assume a confirmed transaction can be canceled or its fees refunded. The Terms of Service and applicable law govern these questions. Contact official support promptly if something is wrong, especially before an external transfer is completed.
