Price confirmation
Sending a bank wire moves dollars. Your Bitcoin price is confirmed later, after funds arrive and review is complete. Here is what to check at each step.

For a Crypto Dispensers wire purchase, you review and approve the final Bitcoin price after your funds have been received, matched to the request and reviewed. Creating an account, submitting a request and sending a wire do not lock a Bitcoin price.
An early estimate helps you plan. The final quote tells you the price and Bitcoin amount available for the purchase you are being asked to approve. Check its validity and any remaining conditions in your account. If the quote changes or expires, review the new details before accepting.
This sequence describes our Bitcoin wire transfer service. Another provider may set its price at a different step. Ask when its price becomes binding and what happens if funding arrives late.
Plan the wire amount and possible costs. A market reference is not an executable quote.
After request review, send from your own bank using the verified instructions for that request.
The incoming dollars must be matched and complete the required review.
Check the Bitcoin price, fees, delivery amount and selected wallet.
Accept the current terms only when you understand them. Ask about unclear amounts first.
After approval and execution, check the purchase record and Bitcoin transfer status.
A bank receipt proves a different step from a Bitcoin transaction record. Keep both. If you have a receipt but no funds-received confirmation, follow the wire-delay checklist instead of assuming the purchase has executed.
Read the complete request and verification process for the steps that come before your bank sends money.
Suppose you send $10,000. At the current 8% service fee for wire amounts below $100,000, $800 is deducted and $9,200 remains before other applicable costs. To isolate the effect of price, the table assumes no other deductions.

| Illustrative purchase price | Funds applied to Bitcoin | Estimated BTC |
|---|---|---|
| $90,000 per BTC | $9,200 | 0.10222222 BTC |
| $100,000 per BTC | $9,200 | 0.09200000 BTC |
| $110,000 per BTC | $9,200 | 0.08363636 BTC |
The calculation is funds available for Bitcoin ÷ approved purchase price per BTC. At a higher price, the same dollars buy less BTC. At a lower price, they buy more. Amounts here are rounded to eight decimal places; your quote determines the delivered amount.
The bank’s outgoing fee is separate. Any additional processing or delivery deduction reduces the funds or BTC available. If a spread is already reflected in the quoted purchase price, do not subtract it again.
Try the $10,000 budget calculator to separate the wire amount from your total cash budget.

| Check | Question to resolve before approval |
|---|---|
| Price and validity | What is the executable purchase price, and when does this quote expire? |
| Costs | What service, processing, network or delivery costs apply? Which are included in the price or BTC amount? |
| Net Bitcoin | How much BTC is expected to reach the selected wallet after deductions? |
| Destination | Is this my verified Bitcoin wallet, on the supported network, with the correct address? |
| Conditions | Is anything still outstanding before execution or delivery? What record will confirm each step? |
Compare quotes for the same outcome and at a similar time. A low advertised fee can still produce a higher total cost if the purchase price or delivery deductions differ. Our provider comparison guide shows what to record.
Set the most you intend to spend, including separate bank charges. The BTC amount can change before final approval because the price and applicable costs can change.
If you want exactly 1 BTC delivered, tell our team before funding. Confirm how much to send and how a shortfall or excess would be handled. Do not assume wiring today’s market price will reach the target.
Use the target-BTC estimator for an illustration. It cannot reserve a price or issue payment instructions.
If you do not want to accept a final quote, contact our team before approving. Ask about cancellation, funds-return procedures, charges and timing before you send the wire. Do not assume the banking transfer can simply be reversed.
No. It records your action. Incoming funds still need to arrive, be matched and complete the required review before you review the final price.
No. The service fee is a charge applied to the wire amount. The purchase price is the dollar price used to calculate the Bitcoin amount. Review both, plus any other applicable costs.
Our wire process requires the applicable review and your final-price approval before execution. Support can explain the next step, but it cannot make that decision for you.
Transactions usually process within 1–2 days, but compliance review can cause delays. Bank cutoffs, missing information, price approval and Bitcoin network conditions also affect the timeline. This is not a deadline or guarantee.
