If your wire has arrived but you have not approved the final Bitcoin price, you can request cancellation and return of the funds. Contact our team through your account or our official support route, identify the purchase request, and clearly say that you want to cancel before price approval.
Ask us to confirm the current stage and explain any applicable return charges, the amount to be returned and the expected processing time. Do not assume a return is free or immediate. Bank processing can be separate from the time our team needs to review and arrange the return.

If the bank says the wire is “sent” but you are unsure whether we received it, use the wire status troubleshooter before starting a second payment or making assumptions about where the funds are.

Once Bitcoin has been sent in a completed blockchain transaction, it cannot simply be canceled or recalled like an unsubmitted payment instruction. Sending Bitcoin back, if separately agreed, would be a new transaction with its own terms; it is not an automatic reversal or guaranteed refund.
