Complete the checks and wait for the bank instructions for your request.
Send your wire. After funds arrive and review is complete, approve the final price.
Follow your purchase status and confirm delivery to your wallet.
To buy Bitcoin with a wire transfer, open a verified account with a provider that accepts your bank payment, obtain its current wire instructions and send the money through your bank. At Crypto Dispensers, you approve the final Bitcoin price after funds arrive and review is complete. We then complete the purchase and send Bitcoin to your confirmed wallet.
Start with your account and purchase request. Our team helps you prepare the bank instructions and wallet details. Review the pricing details and worked examples below before funding. Sending the wire does not lock the Bitcoin price.
Ready to begin? Buy Bitcoin with a wire transfer or keep reading for the account steps and preparation checklist.
A domestic bank wire sends U.S. dollars to the recipient bank account in your approved instructions. Bitcoin goes to a Bitcoin wallet in a separate step. Your bank account number is not a Bitcoin receiving address.
Those numbers help identify a bank account, but they are not enough to complete a Bitcoin purchase. You also need an eligible, verified provider account, the full recipient instructions and a confirmed Bitcoin destination. For example, Bank of America lists the recipient’s name, address, wire routing number and account number for a domestic wire. Use the details issued for your own request, including any required payment reference.
For our wire service, you initiate the transfer through your bank. You do not need an ongoing bank-account connection to Crypto Dispensers to send it. Identity and account-ownership checks still apply. Read our guide to wire instruction fields and bank linking explanation before funding.
Crypto Dispensers accepts all wire purchase amounts, with no minimum or maximum. Transactions usually process within 1–2 days; compliance reviews can cause delays. Your account and request still need to pass the required checks. Our team can help you prepare the wire and confirm where your Bitcoin will be delivered.
Your selections are only a preparation aid. Follow the instructions for your current request.
The downloadable checklist follows the same six stages. It is a preparation aid, not bank instructions, proof of account approval or authorization to send money.
Save or print the PDFs. Use the current instructions inside your approved request for payment details. The provider worksheet includes a blank comparison and a hypothetical example.
Review our current wire fees, timing and purchase process before funding. If a detail is unclear, contact our team through the official site.
Our team can explain the requested account steps, the current bank instructions, the costs in your quote and the records to keep. You remain responsible for accurate information, approving the bank payment and checking your receiving wallet.
White-glove support means help understanding your wire purchase, from preparing the request to checking wallet delivery. You submit your own authenticated request, send the wire through your bank and approve the final Bitcoin price after funds arrive and review is complete. Our team can explain those steps and your quote, but cannot approve the purchase for you.
Specialist support does not bypass verification, guarantee bank acceptance or reserve a Bitcoin price. Compare the full purchase costs independently of the level of help you receive.
Review our wire service and eligibility, or start a wire request in your account. Before sending funds, check the standard fees and worked examples.
Open the wire purchase flow and choose Continue to request. The first screen is Details. Enter the full amount you plan to wire in Wire amount in USD, then review See how your amount breaks down. This is an estimate; it does not lock a Bitcoin price.
The form also asks about your purchase plans, receiving Bitcoin wallet, transaction purpose, planned wire date, and originating bank. Use a bank account in your own or your business’s name, as applicable to your request. Review the entire wallet address before continuing.
The request flow includes Source of Funds, Review, and Video Verification. Follow the requirements shown for your account. Submitting a request does not mean it has been approved. Additional information may be requested.
Wait for instructions for this exact request. Check all beneficiary, bank, account, and reference details before you send.
Follow the verified instructions. Your bank’s send confirmation does not establish that funds have been received or cleared.
After funds receipt and applicable review, approve the final Bitcoin price before execution.
Follow your request status and transaction evidence after execution. Contact support if you need help understanding the current stage.
Your bank wire is the funding step; the Bitcoin delivery is a separate step. Confirm that your requested wallet destination is eligible before funding. Review the entire address on the device or wallet you trust, and confirm the network with the team. A wallet review may be required.
After execution, use the transaction reference or on-chain transaction ID provided for the delivery. If a receiving service has its own crediting requirements, a blockchain confirmation and a credited balance may occur at different times. Do not send a second wire merely because the receiving wallet has not updated.

A SHORT PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH
Choose a step to see what to check before you submit. These are actual Crypto Dispensers request components rendered with illustrative data on October 14, 2026. They are educational examples, not a customer transaction or a live account. Your account may show different fields or require additional checks.
STEP 1 OF 4
Use the full amount you intend to wire. Your purchase plan gives our team context; submitting the form does not approve a rate, limit or wire.

STEP 2 OF 4
Choose the wallet you control. Check the network and complete address in your own account. The example label below is intentionally not a usable receiving address.

STEP 3 OF 4
Here, a $10,000 wire at an illustrative 8% service fee leaves $9,200 before any other applicable charges. The 0.092 BTC estimate uses a hypothetical $100,000 Bitcoin price, not a live quote or locked rate. Your bank may charge separately.

STEP 4 OF 4
Check the amount, funding information, wallet and acknowledgments. Request submission comes before approval and wire instructions. Wait for approved instructions before sending funds.

This preview stops before submission. Source-of-funds and video checks may apply. Wait for approved bank instructions before sending money. Your final Bitcoin quote is approved after funds arrive and the required review is complete.
Prefer to send through your bank without an ongoing bank-account connection? Read how buying without linking your bank account works. If you need to stop a request, check the cancellation stages before approving the final price.
Check the purchase fees and how your final quote is calculated.
Ask your bank about its separate outgoing wire charge.
Review the final Bitcoin amount and any delivery costs before you approve.
Review the applicable fees and pricing for your request, and ask whether any spread or delivery charge applies. Your bank may charge separately to send the wire.
Before you fund the request: understand when the price is confirmed and what happens if you decline it. Ask the team about cancellation, funds-return charges, and processing time.
A starting estimate is not a guaranteed execution price. Bitcoin’s market price may change while your bank processes the transfer.

The published rate applies to the whole amount wired. These examples show the service-fee deduction only. Other applicable costs can reduce the dollars available for Bitcoin further.
| Amount wired | Service fee | After service fee* |
|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | 8%: $400 | $4,600 |
| $50,000 | 8%: $4,000 | $46,000 |
| $100,000 | 5%: $5,000 | $95,000 |
*Before any other applicable processing, delivery or quote charges. Your bank’s separate outgoing fee increases your total cash outlay. These are dollar amounts, not guaranteed Bitcoin quantities or live quotes.
A complete $5,000 illustration: $5,000 minus the $400 service fee, an assumed $50 processing charge and an assumed $100 delivery charge leaves $4,450 for Bitcoin. If the bank separately charges $25, total cash outlay is $5,025. The $50, $100 and $25 figures are hypothetical, not a fixed fee schedule. Replace them with your actual charges and do not count an included cost twice.
Exactly $100,000 qualifies for the 5% rate on the whole wire. Tell our team whether your amount is your total budget or the value you want to receive after costs. Use the wire cost calculator to plan your own amount, then review the final quote before approving.
The wire examples and estimates use our standard starting rates, without individual rate adjustments. As your transaction volume with us grows, we can review your wire service rate and may be able to lower it. We review rates individually, with no fixed discount schedule or guaranteed reduction. Confirm your rate with our team before wiring.
A purchase, step by step
Here’s how one completed purchase moved from preparation to Bitcoin sent. The milestones come from our support records, with personal details removed. The cost example below uses our current 8% conversion fee. Processing and delivery charges are illustrative amounts, not a fixed fee schedule; replace them with your quote.

The customer confirmed their intended purchase and wallet. Our team requested video verification, and the customer asked about the recipient account before sending. Preparation began more than a week before the wire.
The customer shared their bank receipt. Later that day, our team confirmed funds were available and explained the remaining settlement and review steps.
Our purchase receipt recorded Bitcoin sent to the supplied wallet. A matching text message confirmed completion and asked the customer to check their wallet.
These are the milestones of one purchase, not a promise of typical timing. Our records confirm that we reported Bitcoin sent; they do not independently confirm its arrival in the customer’s wallet.
Current-pricing illustration: we’ve recalculated this example at our current rate. These figures are not the customer’s historical receipt.
$5,000 − $400 − $50 − $100 = $4,450.
Your bank may charge separately. Your final quote determines the Bitcoin amount.
Our standard starting service fee is 8% below $100,000 and 5% at $100,000 or more. Review the current wire fees and full quote for your request. You approve the final Bitcoin price after funds arrive and required review is complete.
As your transaction volume with us grows, we can review your wire service rate and may be able to lower it. We review rates individually, with no fixed discount schedule or guaranteed reduction. Confirm your rate with our team before wiring.

Reviews can take longer. Confirm timing for your request.
Wire transactions usually process within 1–2 days; compliance reviews can cause delays. Bank processing is one step in the purchase. Verification, matching incoming funds, transaction review, price approval, and blockchain delivery also matter.
Do not rely on a guaranteed same-day completion. Confirm expectations for your own request before sending.
No. Compare the final purchase price, any spread, separate bank charges, and the Bitcoin you will receive. A fixed bank fee can matter more on a smaller purchase. Use the quote comparison calculator with the same intended amount.
A bank wire is initiated through your bank using the verified recipient instructions issued for your approved request. Confirm the account verification requirements with our team before choosing this payment option; it does not remove identity or account-ownership checks.
Tell the team whether your goal is one BTC purchased or one BTC delivered after any deductions. Price changes while funding can affect the dollars required. Read how to plan a purchase of 1 Bitcoin before sending money.

Have your purchase details ready? Start your secure wire request. If you’re still planning, talk with our wire team about your purchase before creating an account. You can ask about your amount, bank steps and wallet delivery.
For a larger purchase, decide whether your intended amount is the total you can send or a target amount of Bitcoin after fees. Check your bank’s outgoing wire limit and cutoff time, and ask our team which account, source-of-funds and wallet checks your request needs before you send money.
Use our $50,000 Bitcoin purchase guide or $100,000 Bitcoin purchase guide to work through the amount. For service details and help from our team, see large Bitcoin purchases by wire.

Compare wire and ACH purchase steps, including when your price is confirmed and when Bitcoin can be delivered. Use the Bitcoin quote comparison calculator to compare total dollars paid with Bitcoin received.
You can use a provider account funded by wire or an assisted purchase service. Compare the full buying and delivery process, not only whether a provider accepts wires. We offer the assisted service described below, so this is our explanation of the options, not an independent ranking.
Choose based on your location, complete cost, desired support and wallet destination. A different provider may cost less or suit your needs better. Use our four-provider comparison for the detailed funding, price and delivery questions. Provider sources checked October 15, 2026.
Our documented $5,000 purchase example follows milestones from support records, with personal details removed. It separates preparation, funds receipt and our confirmation that Bitcoin was sent. It is one company-sourced example, not a guarantee of typical timing or independent proof of wallet receipt. Its current-pricing illustration is separate from the customer’s original receipt.
