Crypto Dispensers accepts wire purchases funded from joint and business bank accounts after the required verification. Tell our team which account will send the wire before you fund the request. We need to confirm the ownership and authority relevant to that account and purchase.
An account being accepted as a category does not mean that every request is automatically approved. The bank, account, customer, funds and intended wallet may require checks. Wait for the instructions approved for your specific purchase.
This guide covers our wire purchase service. It does not establish eligibility for ACH, debit cards or credit cards, which have their own account and provider requirements.
The sending bank account belongs to the individual making the request. Confirm how the legal name appears on the account and purchase.
The bank account has more than one owner. Tell us who owns it, who is requesting the purchase and who is authorized to send the wire.
The sending account belongs to a business. Identify the business and the person authorized to act for it.
Identify the individual, joint holders or legal business named by the bank.
Explain the relationship of the requester and bank signer to that account or business.
Provide the source information requested for the purchase through the approved channel.
These questions answer different things. Permission to use an online bank login does not by itself show that you own the funds or are authorized to make a business purchase. A business name on a website does not establish that it matches the sending bank account.
If the name displayed by the bank is abbreviated or different from the name in your request, explain that before sending. Do not change information simply to make a form appear to match.
A joint account can have bank-specific signing and transfer rules. Confirm those with your bank. Do not assume that a statement, signature or approval from one person satisfies every requirement.
Our team will tell you which records are needed. Do not send identity documents or bank statements to an unsolicited message, public form or social-media account.
| Topic | What to have clear |
|---|---|
| Business identity | The legal business name and how it appears on the bank account. |
| Requester and signer | Who is making the request and who can authorize the bank payment. |
| Authority and ownership | Which records the team needs to verify the relevant people and their relationship to the business. |
| Purchase purpose and funds | The accurate purpose and source information requested for this purchase. |
| Wallet control | Who controls the intended destination and how it fits the reviewed purchase. |
Depending on the request, the team may ask for business records, account evidence or information about the people involved. Confirm the exact list, acceptable format and secure submission method before gathering or uploading sensitive material.
If the account flow does not fit your account type, contact our team for the correct process. Do not select a personal-account description for a business wire just to move forward.
Pause if the sending account, requester, company name or destination differs from what was reviewed. Let the team explain whether information must be updated or verification repeated. Using a different account after approval can change the review.
Acceptance of joint and business accounts is not blanket permission for someone unrelated to fund your purchase. Ask about any third-party arrangement before money moves. Never misstate ownership, divide payments to avoid checks or omit a material account detail.
Read how to prepare requested documents and the wire instruction fields. Your bank may apply its own transfer limits and recipient restrictions.
Wait for confirmation of the next step and current bank instructions.
Use the reviewed funding account and exact reference. Keep the bank receipt.
After receipt and review, check the price, fees, BTC amount and wallet.
Save the purchase and delivery confirmations with the bank payment record.
The published wire service fee is 8% below $100,000 wired and 5% at $100,000 or more, deducted from the full wire amount. Other applicable costs and your bank's separate charge also matter. Account type does not itself guarantee a rate exception or timing.
Use the wire purchase records organizer to keep the steps connected.
No. They are accepted after the required verification. Confirm the details for your specific account and request before funding.
The relevant authority must be verified. Tell the team who will request the purchase and who will authorize the payment; do not assume job title alone is sufficient.
Contact the team before using a different account. A change may require updated information, further review and new instructions.
First confirm which records are needed and the approved secure submission channel. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
