Allow time for receipt of funds, required checks and your final quote approval.
Confirm the receiving address and keep the Bitcoin transaction record.
Phoenix follows Mountain Standard Time throughout the year. Some banks display their wire cutoff in another time zone, and those places may change their clocks seasonally. Ask your bank which time zone its cutoff uses for the date you plan to send. Then check the corresponding time in Phoenix.
Share the bank’s actual sending window with our team when you prepare your purchase. Include the amount, funding account and receiving wallet in the request. Complete the requested checks and wait for the instructions approved for that purchase before sending the wire.
A payment submitted before the bank’s cutoff still has several steps ahead. The bank processes the outgoing wire, the funds must reach the receiving account, and required review comes before your final quote approval. Ask us about your specific request before making a plan that depends on Bitcoin delivery at a particular time.
Check the sending amount and the bank’s separate wire charge. If the bank deducts a charge from the payment, tell our team what its receipt shows. Keep the date, amount and reference available when asking about the incoming payment. We can then discuss the request using the information on your records.
If you’re comparing a Phoenix Bitcoin ATM with an online purchase, check the full cost and Bitcoin amount for each service. Our ATM and retail cash-loading services have ended. A bank wire lets you prepare the request online and ask our team about funding, quote approval and receiving-wallet details before you pay.
After funds arrive and the required checks are complete, read the final quote and confirm the receiving address before approval. Bitcoin prices can change while a wire is in transit. Keep your bank receipt, purchase confirmation and delivery transaction details together.

Purchase costs and timing
The standard wire service fee is 8% of the full amount sent. A $10,000 wire has an $800 service fee, leaving $9,200 before other applicable costs. Your bank’s charge is separate. Review all costs and the final Bitcoin quote for your request.
You can ask our team to review your rate as your transaction volume grows. Any lower rate is agreed individually; there is no automatic discount schedule.
Bitcoin prices can change while a wire is in transit or under review. Your final approval comes after funds arrive and required checks are complete. Your bank’s sending time, account review, quote approval and Bitcoin delivery each affect timing.
