Your Boston buying guide
Use your actual residence and accurate customer and funding-account information.
Copy the receiving name, bank and account fields from the current approved request.
Ask our team before guessing how your bank expects a reference or address.
When starting a request, use your own legal name, actual residence and funding-account information. Enter the supported Bitcoin address where you intend to receive the purchase. Complete the requested review before funding, including when you’re in Boston temporarily and your home address is elsewhere.
Your bank’s wire form may ask for a beneficiary name, bank name, routing number, account number and address. Match those receiving fields to the instructions issued for your current request. Keep your personal customer information in the fields that ask about you. Ask our team when a label or address field is unclear.
Confirm which account will send the payment. If it is jointly held or belongs to a business, ask us to review ownership and the supporting information needed before sending. Use the funding account approved for the purchase. Keep the instructions with your request so you can compare the details as you complete the bank form.
Ask the bank about its sending limit, cutoff time, time zone and separate charge. Find out whether it accepts the wire online or requires an appointment. If its process changes the amount or day you can send, explain that to our team before authorizing payment.
Our ATM and retail cash-loading services have ended. Our wire service is prepared online, and you can contact our team for help with the steps. After funds arrive and required review is complete, you approve the final Bitcoin quote before we buy. Confirm the net Bitcoin and supported receiving details together.
Massachusetts publishes cryptocurrency ATM consumer information describing how scammers use urgent payment demands and instructions to send crypto. Verify an unexpected request independently before moving money. Keep your recovery phrase and login codes private, and use approved secure channels for purchase documents.

Bank wire · four steps
We can help you prepare the request and understand the bank and wallet details before you pay.
Create an account and enter the amount, bank and receiving wallet. Complete the requested checks. We review your request before issuing bank instructions.
Use the current beneficiary, bank details and reference for this request. Confirm your bank’s sending limits, cutoff and separate charge, then keep its receipt.
After funds arrive and required review is complete, approve the final price before we buy. Check the total cost, net Bitcoin and receiving details.
We arrange Bitcoin delivery to your confirmed supported wallet. Save your purchase confirmation and delivery transaction details.
Purchase costs and timing
The standard wire service fee is 8% of the full amount sent. A $10,000 wire has an $800 service fee, leaving $9,200 before other applicable costs. Your bank’s charge is separate. Review all costs and the final Bitcoin quote for your request.
You can ask our team to review your rate as your transaction volume grows. Any lower rate is agreed individually; there is no automatic discount schedule.
Bitcoin prices can change while a wire is in transit or under review. Your final approval comes after funds arrive and required checks are complete. Your bank’s sending time, account review, quote approval and Bitcoin delivery each affect timing.
Open the wire fee explanation and calculator. For an eligible bank or card alternative, compare the ACH guide and debit-card guide before choosing a payment method.
