Your San Diego buying guide
Include the purchase amount and any separate sending-bank charge.
Read the quoted amount after all disclosed costs and confirm the receiving details.
Check who handles the purchase and which payment and delivery records you’ll receive.
Start with the amount you plan to spend. For each service you’re considering, check the Bitcoin amount you would receive after its disclosed costs. Ask whether a service charge, spread, bank fee or delivery charge affects that amount. Keep the quote with the funding method and the time it was offered.
California’s Department of Financial Protection and Innovation publishes information about physical cryptocurrency kiosks, including transaction limits, fee rules and receipt requirements. Read its current guidance when comparing a San Diego cash kiosk with a different way to buy. Confirm the operator’s identity and the terms of the actual service you choose.
For our bank-wire service, start a request online before sending money. Enter the proposed amount, funding-account details and receiving Bitcoin wallet. Our team reviews the request and provides the bank instructions for that purchase. You can ask about a cost or bank-form field before arranging payment.
Your bank may charge separately for sending the wire. Ask about that charge, the account’s sending limit and its cutoff time. Compare the beneficiary and reference against the approved request, and keep the bank’s receipt. These details help you understand the payment stage while the purchase is being prepared.
After funds arrive and required review is complete, approve the final Bitcoin quote before we buy. Read the Bitcoin amount and receiving details together. A planning estimate can change as the Bitcoin price moves, so use the final offer for the decision to approve your purchase.
Our ATM and retail cash-loading services have ended. You can arrange an eligible wire purchase online from San Diego and contact our team for help. If the funds you intend to use are in cash, ask your own bank about depositing them and making them available for an outgoing wire first.

Bank wire · four steps
We can help you prepare the request and understand the bank and wallet details before you pay.
Create an account and enter the amount, bank and receiving wallet. Complete the requested checks. We review your request before issuing bank instructions.
Use the current beneficiary, bank details and reference for this request. Confirm your bank’s sending limits, cutoff and separate charge, then keep its receipt.
After funds arrive and required review is complete, approve the final price before we buy. Check the total cost, net Bitcoin and receiving details.
We arrange Bitcoin delivery to your confirmed supported wallet. Save your purchase confirmation and delivery transaction details.
Purchase costs and timing
The standard wire service fee is 8% of the full amount sent. A $10,000 wire has an $800 service fee, leaving $9,200 before other applicable costs. Your bank’s charge is separate. Review all costs and the final Bitcoin quote for your request.
You can ask our team to review your rate as your transaction volume grows. Any lower rate is agreed individually; there is no automatic discount schedule.
Bitcoin prices can change while a wire is in transit or under review. Your final approval comes after funds arrive and required checks are complete. Your bank’s sending time, account review, quote approval and Bitcoin delivery each affect timing.
Open the wire fee explanation and calculator. For an eligible bank or card alternative, compare the ACH guide and debit-card guide before choosing a payment method.
