Your San Antonio buying guide
Check the operator and full quote, or ask your bank about depositing funds for a wire.
Prepare a reviewed request and use the bank details issued for that purchase.
Confirm the wallet and approve the final quote before delivery is arranged.
A cash kiosk and a bank-wire purchase use different funding steps. At a kiosk run by another operator, read its current terms and the complete quote before inserting cash. For our wire service, prepare a request online and wait for the bank instructions approved for that purchase. Our ATM and retail cash-loading services have ended.
If your money is currently in cash, ask your own bank about its deposit process and when the funds will be available for an outgoing wire. Provide accurate information about the funds and confirm which account will send them. Use the bank’s answer when discussing the purchase date with our team.
When you start the request, enter the amount you intend to send and the wallet that will receive the Bitcoin. Complete the requested account and transaction checks before funding. If someone else supplied the wallet address, establish who controls it and why you’re sending Bitcoin there.
The San Antonio Police Department publishes Bitcoin ATM scam guidance covering urgent payment demands, threats and requests for secrecy. If someone unexpectedly tells you to buy Bitcoin to settle a fine, protect an account or avoid a threat, verify the request independently before moving money. You can read the department’s guidance through the official link below.
For a purchase you choose to make, compare the full dollars paid and Bitcoin received. Ask your bank about its separate wire charge and read the service costs for your request. After funds arrive and required review is complete, you approve the final Bitcoin quote before we buy.
Keep the bank receipt and purchase reference together. Once Bitcoin delivery is arranged, save the transaction details as well. If you have a question, tell our team which stage you’re asking about: the bank payment, quote approval or delivery to the confirmed wallet.

Bank wire · four steps
We can help you prepare the request and understand the bank and wallet details before you pay.
Create an account and enter the amount, bank and receiving wallet. Complete the requested checks. We review your request before issuing bank instructions.
Use the current beneficiary, bank details and reference for this request. Confirm your bank’s sending limits, cutoff and separate charge, then keep its receipt.
After funds arrive and required review is complete, approve the final price before we buy. Check the total cost, net Bitcoin and receiving details.
We arrange Bitcoin delivery to your confirmed supported wallet. Save your purchase confirmation and delivery transaction details.
Purchase costs and timing
The standard wire service fee is 8% of the full amount sent. A $10,000 wire has an $800 service fee, leaving $9,200 before other applicable costs. Your bank’s charge is separate. Review all costs and the final Bitcoin quote for your request.
You can ask our team to review your rate as your transaction volume grows. Any lower rate is agreed individually; there is no automatic discount schedule.
Bitcoin prices can change while a wire is in transit or under review. Your final approval comes after funds arrive and required checks are complete. Your bank’s sending time, account review, quote approval and Bitcoin delivery each affect timing.
Open the wire fee explanation and calculator. For an eligible bank or card alternative, compare the ACH guide and debit-card guide before choosing a payment method.
