Your Knoxville buying guide
Our Knoxville ATM service has ended. Keep an earlier receipt if you need help.
Prepare an online wire request and wait for the approved bank instructions.
Ask about the bank payment, receiving wallet or an earlier transaction.
Knoxville was one of our former Bitcoin ATM markets. If you remember using our machine or found an older mall or location listing, the service has changed. We now help eligible customers prepare online purchases, including guided domestic bank wires.
There is also an important Tennessee update for anyone searching for a crypto kiosk. In a July 7, 2026 announcement, the Tennessee Attorney General reported that a federal court allowed the state’s cryptocurrency ATM ban to take effect while litigation continued. The official state notice linked below explains that announcement.
For a new online wire purchase, begin with your account and the amount you plan to send. Ask our team about the funding bank account and receiving Bitcoin wallet. Wait for instructions approved for the current request before arranging a bank transfer.
If your purchase money is in physical cash, speak with your own bank about depositing it, required information and when the balance can fund an outgoing wire. Follow the bank’s process. Our wire purchase begins with a bank transfer, and our team can explain the remaining account and transaction checks.
Keep questions about an earlier Knoxville ATM transaction attached to that original purchase. An old receipt can help support identify the record; a new wire request has its own instructions, reference and quote. You can contact us about either one without making a new purchase.

Bank wire · four steps
We can help you prepare the request and understand the bank and wallet details before you pay.
Create an account and enter the amount, bank and receiving wallet. Complete the requested checks. We review your request before issuing bank instructions.
Use the current beneficiary, bank details and reference for this request. Confirm your bank’s sending limits, cutoff and separate charge, then keep its receipt.
After funds arrive and required review is complete, approve the final price before we buy. Check the total cost, net Bitcoin and receiving details.
We arrange Bitcoin delivery to your confirmed supported wallet. Save your purchase confirmation and delivery transaction details.
Purchase costs and timing
The standard wire service fee is 8% of the full amount sent. A $10,000 wire has an $800 service fee, leaving $9,200 before other applicable costs. Your bank’s charge is separate. Review all costs and the final Bitcoin quote for your request.
You can ask our team to review your rate as your transaction volume grows. Any lower rate is agreed individually; there is no automatic discount schedule.
Bitcoin prices can change while a wire is in transit or under review. Your final approval comes after funds arrive and required checks are complete. Your bank’s sending time, account review, quote approval and Bitcoin delivery each affect timing.
Open the wire fee explanation and calculator. For an eligible bank or card alternative, compare the ACH guide and debit-card guide before choosing a payment method.
