What happened to the Crypto Dispensers ATM at Greenwood Mall?

Greenwood Mall

Bowling Green, Kentucky · Former Crypto Dispensers ATM location

We previously operated a Bitcoin ATM at Greenwood Mall in Bowling Green. Our archived support records document that location, and a February 2024 customer notice announced a move to another Bowling Green location. That notice describes our service at the time. It is not a current invitation to visit a machine.

Today, we do not operate Bitcoin ATM kiosks, local cash storefronts or retail cash loading. If an old listing sends you to Greenwood Mall for a Crypto Dispensers purchase, do not make the trip expecting our former ATM to be available.

Greenwood Mall is on Scottsville Road in Bowling Green. Its official website provides current mall information. A mall address or opening time does not establish that a Bitcoin machine is present or working.

Need help with a past ATM purchase? Keep your receipt and contact our support team. Starting a new wire request does not resolve an older transaction.

Do you need to use cash, or can you buy through your bank?

Your payment method is the first question to settle. Someone holding paper cash needs a different service from someone who already has funds available in a bank account.

If you need a cash ATM

Check a current operator's own locator, then confirm the exact address, machine availability, supported transaction, identification requirements and charges before travelling. An old directory listing or review may describe a machine that has moved or closed.

We have not verified a current cash ATM at Greenwood Mall and do not list it as an available cash purchase location.

If your funds are in your bank

A bank wire may fit if you want help preparing a purchase and receiving Bitcoin in your confirmed wallet. You can work with our team online without visiting a Crypto Dispensers kiosk in Bowling Green.

Confirm your account's eligibility, bank requirements and purchase costs before sending any money.

A wire is not a way to insert banknotes online. If your money is currently cash, ask your bank about its deposit requirements and when funds would be available for an outgoing wire. We cannot promise your bank will accept a deposit or send a wire.

For a fuller comparison, read bank wire purchases versus Bitcoin ATMs. If another payment method suits you better, review our current buying options.

Your bank-funded purchase

How to buy Bitcoin by bank wire from Bowling Green

Our wire service is an online purchase service for eligible customers. Living near the former mall machine does not automatically establish eligibility, and previous ATM use does not replace the checks required for your account.

  1. Create your account and prepare your request

Enter your intended amount, bank, planned send date and receiving Bitcoin wallet. Complete the identity and other checks requested.
  2. Wait for instructions for this purchase

Our team reviews your request before providing bank details. Check the beneficiary and payment reference. Do not reuse details from an old email or purchase.
  3. Send the wire through your bank

Confirm your bank's outgoing charge and cutoff time, and keep the receipt. A bank's “sent” message does not confirm that we have received the funds.
  4. Review and approve your final price

After funds arrive and review is complete, check the Bitcoin amount, costs and wallet address before approving the purchase. Sending the wire does not lock the Bitcoin price.
  5. Follow your Bitcoin delivery

Keep your purchase and delivery records. Contact our team if you need help understanding the status.

Bank schedules, weekends, holidays, account review and wallet delivery can affect timing. Ask about your actual request before planning around a deadline.

Compare these three parts of your purchase. This illustration is not a price quote.

Compare the total dollars you will spend with the Bitcoin that will reach your wallet. For a cash ATM, review the operator's exchange rate and every displayed charge. For a wire, include our quoted purchase costs and your bank's separately charged outgoing wire fee.

Read our current wire service fees and calculator before funding your request. The calculator is an estimate, not a reserved Bitcoin price. Confirm the costs and instructions for your own purchase with our team.

As your transaction volume with us grows, we can review your starting rate and may be able to lower it individually. There is no fixed volume discount schedule or automatic reduction.

Also ask what happens if you decline the final price or the purchase cannot proceed, including any funds-return conditions and charges. See our fees and disclosures.

Questions we can help with

Questions from former Bowling Green ATM customers

Can I still buy Bitcoin with cash at your Greenwood Mall machine?

No. We no longer operate Bitcoin ATMs or retail cash loading. References to our Greenwood Mall machine describe our former service. We have not verified another operator's current machine at the mall.

Do I need to visit Bowling Green to buy by wire?

No visit to a Crypto Dispensers location is needed. The account and purchase request are online. Your bank may have its own process, including a branch visit, for sending a wire.

Can a former ATM customer use the same account?

If you already have a Crypto Dispensers online account, sign in and check the available purchase options. A past ATM receipt does not establish that you have an online account. Contact our team if you are unsure, and complete any required checks.

Is a wire always cheaper than a Bitcoin ATM?

No blanket comparison applies. Compare the same budget and wallet outcome using the actual ATM quote, wire purchase quote and separate bank charges. A bank fee can matter more for a smaller purchase.

Can I send a wire directly to a Bitcoin wallet address?

No. A bank wire goes to the bank account identified in the instructions for your approved request. Bitcoin is delivered separately to your confirmed Bitcoin wallet after review, price approval and completion of the purchase.
