Our standard starting wire service fee is 8% below $100,000 or 5% at $100,000 or more, applied to the whole wire amount. Your bank may charge separately and other quoted costs may apply. As your transaction volume with us grows, we can review your rate and may lower it individually. There is no fixed further-discount schedule or automatic reduction.

Preparing your wire with us
Our wire service is available to eligible U.S. customers outside Georgia, Washington and New York. There is no stated minimum or maximum wire purchase amount; your bank’s limits and required transaction review still apply. Estimated processing is 1–2 days, with possible delays from banks, review and network conditions.
If you currently hold paper cash, first ask your bank about depositing it into your own eligible account, funds availability and outgoing wire limits. Do not send money until our team has reviewed your request and issued approved instructions. If you need to use cash directly, choose a currently available cash service.
If you cancel after funds arrive, eligible returns can take up to 90 calendar days. Confirm return conditions and charges before wiring. Bitcoin prices can move during funding and after purchase.

Athena’s U.S. kiosk terms say the machines do not support bank wires or ACH. Athena advertises a separate OTC service. Ask Athena directly about that service rather than treating kiosk restrictions as company-wide restrictions.

Can I talk with your team before sending a wire?

Can you release Bitcoin from another provider?
No. Resolve a funded order through that provider’s official support before making another payment. We cannot inspect another company’s account, redeem its receipt or bypass its review.
