Buying Bitcoin / Wire guides
Compare your request with the bank receipt, separate bank charges from the wire amount, and confirm the next step with our team before making another payment.

If you sent more or less than the amount in your Bitcoin wire request, pause and contact our team with the bank receipt and request reference. We need to confirm the actual transfer and the next step for that request. Do not assume an extra payment, automatic refund or purchase for a different amount will happen.
Start by separating three numbers: the amount you planned to wire, the amount the bank sent, and the total debit including any separate bank fee. A difference between the debit and wire amount may simply be a bank charge. Your receipt should show how that charge was handled.
The dollars you agreed to send for this purchase. Use the current request, not an earlier estimate or previous purchase.
The outgoing wire amount recorded by your bank. Ask the bank if the receipt combines the payment and its fee.
The wire plus any fee charged separately. This is your cash outlay at the bank, not automatically the amount received or available for Bitcoin.
Enter only dollar amounts, without an account number or personal information. This arithmetic tool runs in your browser and does not send a request. The starting numbers are a hypothetical example, not your transaction.
A calculation cannot establish that funds reached us, that a request is approved, or how a difference will be handled. Compare it with your records and ask our team to confirm.
Tell our team the amount requested and the amount shown as sent. Ask whether the purchase request needs to be revised and whether any additional funding is appropriate. Wait for current instructions before sending another wire. Your bank may charge for another transfer.
Ask us to review the received amount against the purchase request. Confirm how any excess will be handled and what final quote you will be asked to approve. Do not assume the difference will automatically buy Bitcoin or be returned on a particular schedule.
Contact the bank promptly and tell our team both transfer references, amounts and times. Ask the bank what options remain for each transfer. A recall request is not proof that a wire has been stopped or returned.
Ask the bank to identify the payment amount and each charge on the receipt. Then ask our team what has actually arrived and which request it matches. Use the wire tracing guide if receipt has not been confirmed.
Suppose your intended wire is $50,000 and the bank charges $25 separately. A $50,025 debit can be consistent with a $50,000 wire. If you instead keep the total debit at $50,000, the wire could be $49,975. Those are different funding amounts, even though each involves a $25 bank fee.
Check how your bank actually applied its charge. Do not subtract a fee twice or assume every bank charges it the same way. For a complete budget example, read buying $50,000 of Bitcoin.
Use your signed-in account or our official contact page. Share only the records needed for the review. Do not post a bank receipt in public, and never provide passwords, login codes or a wallet recovery phrase.
If we request documents, use the secure process we provide. Keep the original receipt and the response together.
Sending a wire does not lock a Bitcoin price. After funds arrive and review is complete, check the final price, all charges and BTC quantity. If the amount changes, make sure the quote reflects the amount confirmed for your purchase.
Our current service fee is 8% below $100,000 and 5% at $100,000 or more, applied to the full wire amount. Other applicable charges and the price affect the final quantity. The $100,000 guide explains why the amount sent matters at the threshold.
Contact our team first. Confirm whether another transfer is needed, which request it belongs to and the current instructions. Do not infer that a second wire will automatically be combined with the first.
No. A mismatch is a reason to reconcile the records. Only your bank and our team can confirm the transfer and purchase status; the arithmetic alone cannot.
Ask the bank promptly about the transfer’s current status and available options. Do not assume a submitted wire can be edited or that a recall will succeed.
No. Ask our team for the handling, any applicable charges and timing for your specific request before choosing a next step.
Our wire service gives you a place to confirm the funding instructions, review the costs and approve the final Bitcoin price. If you are checking an existing transfer, contact us about that request before opening another one.
