A Simplex alternative when you want help preparing a Bitcoin wire.
Buying Bitcoin through a card checkout and arranging a bank wire involve different steps. Our team helps you prepare your request, confirm approved bank instructions and review the final quote and receiving wallet before we complete the purchase.
Compare the purchase and the wallet you want to use.
Crypto Dispensers is a Simplex alternative for eligible U.S. customers arranging a guided Bitcoin wire purchase. Simplex also supports crypto purchases through partner and direct checkouts. Compare your available payment method, the applicable fee schedule and delivery to the wallet you plan to use.
Simplex partner checkout and direct buying have different prices.
A wallet or exchange can refer you to Simplex, while a purchase started directly on Simplex uses a different published fee schedule. Its buying guide also distinguishes entering your own receiving address from using an address generated by a partner account. Identify the checkout and destination before comparing offers.

|---|---|---|
| Payment eligibility | Available cards and alternative methods depend on location, device, partner and issuer acceptance. | Our team reviews the request before issuing approved domestic USD wire instructions. |
| Purchase fees | Partner checkout and a purchase started directly on Simplex have different published fee terms. | Review the complete quote after funds arrive and required review is complete. |

For your Simplex purchase
Simplex’s card-fee article lists a general 3.5%–5% range through partner platforms, with a $10 minimum that can raise the effective percentage for small purchases. It says a referring platform may charge separately. The same article lists a fee of at least 13% for purchases started directly on Simplex. These are different purchase routes. Review your checkout’s Bitcoin amount and charges, then check any bank-imposed costs.
For our bank-wire purchase
Our standard starting service fee is 8% below $100,000 or 5% at $100,000 or more, applied to the whole wire. Your bank may charge separately and other quoted charges may apply. As your transaction volume with us grows, we can review your rate and may lower it individually. There is no fixed further-discount schedule or automatic reduction.
Our standard wire rates can exceed Simplex’s published partner-checkout fee range. Direct checkout uses a different fee schedule. Compare complete quotes and the assistance you need; we do not promise a lower cost.
Compare the same total dollar budget and net Bitcoin received using quotes from roughly the same time. Count each charge once if already included in the quote. We have not made comparison purchases or obtained simultaneous executable quotes.

Verify the receiving address and the amount delivered.
Simplex’s buying guide says a partner may ask for your own wallet address or generate an address for your account. Do not assume every destination is a self-custody wallet. Its rate guide also says market movement during payment processing can change the crypto amount received. Check the confirmed order and Bitcoin delivery rather than only an early estimate.
Card approval and crypto delivery are separate checks.
Simplex says an approved payment can still be followed by delivery processing. Use its official payment-status and support channels for a delayed order, and check the address or transaction hash once a transfer is sent. Separately, your bank may charge a cash-advance, international or currency-conversion fee. A new purchase with us cannot release an existing Simplex payment.

Preparing a wire purchase with our team
Our service is available to eligible U.S. customers outside Georgia, Washington and New York. There is no stated minimum or maximum purchase amount; bank limits and required account and transaction reviews still apply. Estimated processing is 1–2 days, with possible delays from banks, review and network conditions.
Wait for approved instructions before sending funds. After funds arrive and review is complete, you approve the quote before purchase and delivery. If you cancel after funds arrive, eligible returns can take up to 90 calendar days. Confirm return conditions and charges before funding. Bitcoin prices can move during processing and after delivery.

Questions about Simplex and Crypto Dispensers.
Is Simplex partner checkout priced the same as buying directly on Simplex?
No. Its card-fee article publishes different terms for partner and direct purchases. Review the route you are using, any referring-platform charge and the final Bitcoin amount.
Can I assume every Simplex payment method is available in the U.S.?
No. Its payment guide makes availability conditional on location, device and partner platform, and banks can decline a card. Check your own checkout and current supported-location rules.
Will Simplex always deliver the Bitcoin amount shown at the start?
Its rate guide says market movement between payment initiation and completion can change the amount. Review the confirmed order and actual Bitcoin delivered.
Does Simplex payment approval mean the Bitcoin is already in my wallet?
No. Delivery may still be processing. Use its official status and support channels and check the receiving address or transaction hash when available.
Can I speak with your team before funding?
Yes. Start your account request or request a callback. Our team can help explain preparation, approved bank instructions, the final quote and delivery. Creating an account does not send money or complete a purchase.
