Your Bitcoin wire purchase
You’ve sent your bank wire, and you want to know when the Bitcoin will reach your wallet. We’ll help you check where your purchase stands and what needs to happen next.

Bitcoin delivery follows funds confirmation, any remaining review, your final price approval and the completed purchase. The timing depends on your request. Ask our team which steps remain and what estimate applies to your current stage.
Our published wire timing guide includes a historical comparison of 18 completed requests. The median recorded interval from funds confirmed to Bitcoin marked sent was 4.3 calendar days. The middle half ranged from 2.5 to 6.5 calendar days.
Those requests had Bitcoin marked sent between September 1 and October 28, 2026. Staff may record a milestone after the event happens. The figures measure recorded operational steps and do not independently establish when Bitcoin arrived in a wallet. The sample includes completed requests only, and it cannot predict your purchase’s timing.
Use your current request status and our team’s update to plan your next step.
Once funds arrive, we match them to your approved request and complete any remaining checks. These may include questions about account ownership, the source of funds or the receiving wallet.
We then confirm the purchase details with you. Before you approve, review the Bitcoin price, applicable charges, Bitcoin quantity and wallet destination together. Sending the wire does not lock the Bitcoin price.
After you approve the final price and we complete the purchase, we arrange delivery to your confirmed wallet. Our guide to what happens after a wire arrives explains the checks and records for this stage.
Keep your bank receipt and transfer reference. Ask your bank whether it has released the payment, then ask our team whether the incoming funds have been received and matched to your request.
| Your latest update | What to ask next |
|---|---|
| Your bank accepted or sent the wire | Has the receiving side confirmed the payment? |
| Crypto Dispensers confirmed funds | Is any review or information still needed? |
| You received the final quote | Where do I review and approve the purchase details? |
| Bitcoin was sent | Can I have the Bitcoin transaction ID and delivery details? |
Keep one support conversation for the purchase so your receipt, request reference and status updates stay together. Our wire-purchase support guide explains which details help us investigate a delay.
After Bitcoin is broadcast to the network, its transaction ID helps you follow the transfer. Check the receiving address, amount and transaction status, along with your wallet’s confirmation requirements.
If you use an exchange account to receive Bitcoin, check its deposit requirements too. An exchange may require confirmations before crediting the deposit.
If you have a purchase update but no transaction ID, ask our team whether Bitcoin has been broadcast. The bank transfer reference tracks the dollar payment; the Bitcoin transaction ID tracks the later network transfer.
Your bank’s cutoff, weekends, holidays and payment processing can affect when funds reach the receiving side. After receipt, missing information, required review, a wallet change or an outstanding price approval can affect the next step. Network conditions and the receiving wallet’s requirements also affect delivery after Bitcoin is sent.
Before wiring, complete the requested checks and use the instructions approved for your purchase. Stay available for questions and final price approval. Read the full wire purchase process if you’re preparing your first request.
Ask our team about your specific request before planning around a same-day purchase. Your bank’s processing schedule, funds confirmation, review, price approval and wallet delivery all affect completion.
Check your purchase status with our team. Funds receipt, review, final price approval and Bitcoin delivery each have their own confirmation.
Contact our team about the existing payment first. Send another wire only if the team confirms it is required. Keep your bank receipt and request reference available.
If you’ve already sent funds, contact Crypto Dispensers Support with your request reference, sent date, amount, bank name and transfer reference. Ask: “Which step is complete, what’s still needed, and what estimate applies now?” Submit financial documents through the approved secure process. Keep passwords and wallet recovery phrases private.
If you’re preparing a new purchase, our team can help you prepare and understand the costs before you send funds.
