Bitcoin buying / Compare the complete purchase
Compare BudgetCoinz Bitcoin ATM fees, purchase limits and receipt details. Learn what to check at a kiosk and how online bank-funded buying differs.

Start with the quick answer ↓BudgetCoinz operates Bitcoin ATMs that accept cash. Before visiting, check the location on its official website. Before purchasing, review the kiosk’s exchange rate, transaction charge, final BTC amount and applicable limit. A familiar brand name does not tell you the total cost of a particular purchase.
This guide explains what to compare, including online purchases funded from a bank account. Crypto Dispensers is a separate provider. We offer online buying services and have a commercial interest in that comparison; we do not operate BudgetCoinz machines or handle its transactions.
BudgetCoinz’s fee disclosure describes two pricing components: a fixed transaction charge and a spread in the exchange rate. The spread is the difference between the provider’s price and a market reference. Its disclosure says pricing is shown on the kiosk before confirmation; it does not give one universal percentage for every purchase.
Write down the total dollars you will spend and the final BTC you will receive. Comparing only the line labeled “fee” can miss a price difference built into the exchange rate. Compare quotes close together in time because Bitcoin’s market price changes.
For a price-per-BTC comparison, divide total dollars spent by final BTC received. In those examples, the effective prices are about $111,111 and $104,167 per BTC. This is a comparison method, not a current market valuation. If a cost is already included in the final BTC amount, do not subtract it again.
BudgetCoinz publishes state-specific limits and notes that customer circumstances can affect them. Check the current limits disclosure and the kiosk’s instructions for your location. A maximum shown online is not approval for your account. Do not divide purchases to get around identity checks or limits.
The operator’s buying guide describes phone verification, a Bitcoin receiving QR code and cash insertion. Additional identity information can be requested. Bring a charged phone with reception, an appropriate wallet and any identification the operator requires.
Our Bitcoin wallet guide explains receiving addresses and access. A receiving address can be shared to receive a payment. Your recovery phrase or private key should never be entered into an ATM support form or sent to someone helping with a purchase.
BudgetCoinz’s disclosure says the “TXID” printed on its receipt is an internal transaction reference, not necessarily the blockchain transaction hash. Use that receipt reference when asking the operator to locate your purchase. Ask separately for the Bitcoin transaction hash if you need to check the network.
| Your question | Useful record | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Was my cash purchase recorded? | Operator receipt or order reference | Amount, time, kiosk and destination. |
| Was BTC broadcast to the network? | Bitcoin transaction hash | Outputs, destination and confirmation status. |
| Has my wallet credited the payment? | Receiving wallet activity | Asset, address and its confirmation requirement. |

An internal receipt number entered into a Bitcoin explorer may return no result. That alone does not establish a lost payment. Our Bitcoin transaction lookup guide explains how to use an actual blockchain hash.
For missing delivery or a possible refund, contact BudgetCoinz through the contact details on its official site and read its current refund policy. Eligibility depends on the issue and applicable policy. We cannot promise a refund, reverse a confirmed transfer or access another operator’s records. Keep copies of the receipt and any relevant messages.
The useful comparison begins with how you intend to pay. Cash at a kiosk and a transfer from a bank account solve different needs. An online service is not a cash-deposit location, and a bank wire is not a Bitcoin network transfer.
| Purchase route | What to check | Related Crypto Dispensers service |

Review our fees and disclosures if you compare our services. We do not claim every online purchase is cheaper or faster than every ATM transaction. Use the actual amount, availability and complete quote for the purchase you are considering.
There is no single universal percentage established by the current disclosure we reviewed. Check the fixed charge, exchange-rate spread and final BTC amount on the kiosk before confirming.
It records the purchase. Check the blockchain hash and receiving wallet separately when you need to establish broadcast or wallet credit.
BudgetCoinz and Crypto Dispensers are separate providers. Do not treat a BudgetCoinz kiosk as a Crypto Dispensers funding location. Use only the current instructions in the service you intend to use.
No. Contact BudgetCoinz using its official support details and your receipt reference. Our team can help with Crypto Dispensers transactions.
Start with the payment method you actually have available, then compare eligibility, total spend, final BTC and delivery timing. Do not choose solely from a provider’s headline fee.
Reviewed October 14, 2026 by the Crypto Dispensers team. We reviewed the operator’s public documentation, not a purchase at a kiosk. Fees, limits and locations can change. The comparison examples are our own hypothetical calculations. BudgetCoinz is a separate business and has not endorsed this guide.
